2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bpexch10. Registering multiple accounts under any name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering on bpexch10, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. bpexch10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal from a bpexch10 account is processed, the account holder must complete our standard KYC process. This requires submission of a clear photograph of your valid CNIC (both sides). bpexch10 may additionally request a proof of payment method for large withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal processing but will not affect your ability to place bets or play games while the verification is pending.

4.3 Accuracy Obligation

You are responsible for keeping your bpexch10 account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any registered detail changes — particularly your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update it in your account settings promptly. bpexch10 cannot be held responsible for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information provided by the player.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpexch10 login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bpexch10 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.

All activity carried out using your bpexch10 account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bpexch10 immediately at support@bpexch10.bet so that we can take appropriate protective action.

6. Deposits

bpexch10 accepts deposits in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted on bpexch10.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit on bpexch10 is Rs 500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. bpexch10 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with appropriate notice.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your bpexch10 wallet instantly or within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider. IBFT bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing schedules. Card deposits are typically instant but may occasionally take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.

6.3 Deposit Fees

bpexch10 does not charge any platform fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside bpexch10's control. bpexch10 cannot refund charges levied by third-party payment providers.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bpexch10 are available to all players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed as a priority by bpexch10's finance team. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1–3 hours for verified accounts during business hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically within 4–24 hours depending on interbank processing and the receiving institution's timelines.
• Visa / Mastercard: Up to 3–5 business days depending on card issuer processing times.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (i) KYC verification must be complete; (ii) any applicable bonus wagering requirements on funds in your account must be satisfied before the relevant portion can be withdrawn; (iii) the withdrawal must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of an equivalent or greater amount unless a specific exemption has been granted by bpexch10 support.

7.2 Withdrawal Fees

bpexch10 does not charge any withdrawal fees. The full amount requested is the amount processed to your payment method. Any charges applied by your bank or wallet provider on the receiving end are outside bpexch10's control.

7.3 Large Withdrawals

Withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 may be subject to enhanced verification before processing. bpexch10's finance team will contact you directly to complete this process. This is a security measure to protect players and bpexch10 alike, and is not a barrier to receiving your funds.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

bpexch10 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are displayed in full at the point the offer is presented. By accepting any bonus on bpexch10, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• bpexch10 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited, or to cancel a credited bonus in cases where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is identified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times within the stated period before they can be withdrawn. For example, a welcome bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of ten times in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering on different game types contributes to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%; casino slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and some other game types may contribute less. The specific contribution rate is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from the bonus balance will be forfeited without compensation.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that bpexch10 considers bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing bets with no genuine wagering intent solely to complete wagering requirements; using automated software or bots to place bets; or any coordinated activity with other players designed to exploit promotional terms. bpexch10 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and suspend any account where abuse is identified.

9. Betting Rules

Placing a bet on bpexch10 constitutes a contract between you and bpexch10 at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player under standard circumstances.

9.1 Odds and Markets

bpexch10 reserves the right to change odds and market availability at any time before a bet is placed. Odds changes after confirmed bet placement do not affect the confirmed bet. bpexch10 strives to maintain accurate markets but reserves the right to void bets where an obvious technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.

9.2 Void Bets

Bets may be voided by bpexch10 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the specified void period; the market is suspended before the qualifying outcome occurs; a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds; or evidence of match-fixing or manipulation in the underlying event is confirmed by the relevant sporting body. Void bets are returned to your bpexch10 wallet as a stake refund.

9.3 PSL and Cricket Betting

Special market rules apply to PSL betting and Pakistan international cricket markets on bpexch10. These rules cover situations including rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, match delays, player substitutions, and super-over tiebreakers. 9.4 Maximum Payout Limits

bpexch10 applies maximum payout limits per event and per betting category. The applicable maximum is displayed on individual markets. Where winnings on a single event or parlay would exceed the stated maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum regardless of the odds and stake that produced the result. Excess winnings above the stated maximum are not paid.

10. Casino and Live Games

10.1 Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpot prizes are accumulated from a percentage of stakes placed by all eligible players across connected games. Jackpot triggers are determined by certified RNG processes and cannot be influenced by bpexch10, game providers, or players. Jackpot wins are credited to the winning player's bpexch10 wallet immediately upon confirmation. 10.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino or live game session, bpexch10 will investigate the issue. Where a malfunction affected the game outcome, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. Where a malfunction resulted in a win that was displayed incorrectly, bpexch10 will pay the correct amount based on the actual game outcome rather than any erroneously displayed amount. 11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bpexch10. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and relevant balances withheld pending investigation:

• Making chargebacks or payment disputes relating to bpexch10 transactions without first attempting resolution through bpexch10 customer support.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

bpexch10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, bpexch10 reserves the right to withhold the account balance during investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, funds derived from the breach (including winnings from bonus abuse or system exploitation) will be forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed to bpexch10.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily — for any reason including responsible gaming concerns — may do so at any time by contacting bpexch10 customer support. Voluntary account closures are actioned within 24 hours of the request.

13. Responsible Gaming

15. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bpexch10 for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any bpexch10 content without prior written permission from bpexch10.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch10's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of bpexch10, or any bet placed on the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bpexch10 shall not be liable for: (i) any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind; (ii) any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security; (iii) any loss resulting from events outside bpexch10's reasonable control including internet connectivity failures, payment system outages, or force majeure events; (iv) any loss resulting from reliance on third-party information or tips in connection with bets placed on bpexch10.

17. Amendments to Terms

bpexch10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights as a player, bpexch10 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the bpexch10 platform.

Your continued use of bpexch10 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bpexch10 and contact customer support to close your account. 18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising in connection with your use of bpexch10 shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bpexch10 operates. Any dispute between you and bpexch10 that cannot be resolved through our customer support team should be escalated in writing to support@bpexch10.bet with full details of the matter in dispute.

bpexch10 will acknowledge all formal written disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 working days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, either party may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
